Do you want to become a member? Membership applications can be submitted at any time and are completely free!

You need to review the eligibility criteria for each category to determine which membership category applies to your situation :

What is the status of a regular member?

What is the status of a partner member?

What is the status of a student member?

Regular Members	• Cover letter • Curriculum vitae in your preferred format • Contact information	Applications should be sent to the Executive Director of the Network at   francois.tardif@crchudequebec.ulaval.ca	The Executive Committee reviews the application and makes a decision within a maximum of 4 weeks. You will be notified by email.
Partner Members	• Cover letter • Curriculum vitae in your preferred format • Contact information	Applications should be sent to the Executive Director of the Network at   francois.tardif@crchudequebec.ulaval.ca	The Executive Committee reviews the application and makes a decision within a maximum of 4 weeks. You will be notified by email.
Student Members*	Complete the online form here	Automatic online submission upon form completion	If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be automatically accepted. The Student Committee will contact you to welcome you to the RQSPAL.
Honorary Members	By invitation only

*REMINDER: You must be under the supervision or co-supervision of a regular member of the RQSPAL and be enrolled in graduate studies to be a student member.

Regular members will also be required to choose their affiliation(s) among the Network’s axes. They can be members of one or more axes.
